Mojadito INGREDIENTS
  • 2 ounces of Pisco BIONDI Acholado
  • 1 ounce of lemon
  • 1 ounce of cane syrup
  • 6 leaves of peppermint
  • Crushed ice
PREPARATION In a “chichero” glass, add peppermint, lemon, cane syrup. Grind everything with a mortar to extract the aroma and flavor of the peppermint. Add Pisco BIONDI Acholado. In a blender, put about 6 ice cubes, blend for 4 seconds to crush it, pour into the glass until it is full and stir.
